Once we have these details your all set, and well see you on Monday for your first session.

What can you expect?

Day 1 will be measurements, and photos plus an overall workout to see what level of fitness your at (this will of course massively improve over the next 12 weeks!)

Allow 1 hour on day one for on boarding (normal sessions will be 30 minutes only)

Day 2 along with you second session you'll receive your nutrition plan and invite to the Facebook group, which you’ll be using to check in with throughout the program

Day 3 - 10 - to create new habits you'll be required to post a pick of each and every meal to the meal prep group, this keeps you accountable and ensures you understood your meal prep plan (one week allows enough time for me to ensure your meals are prepped in the best way)

Day 4 On wards follow the plan (post any questions you have in the Whats App group) and enjoy the journey

12 week finish - on the last week you'll be given a few more tweaks to your training plan to get you ready for the final weigh in and photos at the end, as well as your video testimonials.

Finally - we head to the beach for a well earned drink and if your ready you can show off your results!

BONUS!  As I mentioned this program is all about creating new habits and learning new techniques, so throughout the program ill be sending you short videos every week on the 3 pillars (Movement, nutrition and Mindset) to allow you to smash your goals.
